Production Planning and Pre-production
Drones, also known as unmanned aircraft, are designed to facilitate the military control system and are developed to tackle challenging missions. Arman Design carried out all the necessary research and actions from the design, production planning and pre-production of Multikopter to the prototype production. At the end, a product that makes a difference is created.
Forms and materials manage the production process. A responsible partner keeps a clear eye on the hard facts: standards, norms, installation costs, material requirements, costs, production methods, and scenarios…
Arman Design carried out the industrial design and engineering for Havelsan Multikopter drones. This design agency also provided support for production of test prototypes and pre-testing studies.
The design strategy ran on a number of product criteria, such as Multikopter’s mounting features, easy service option in the event of impact and damage, and easy handling in the field.
The product’s folding feature and the easily replaceable Rotor arm are the results of the engineering process.
Field tests were carried out by producing product prototypes. The prototype production of the Multikopter was then delivered to Havelsan.
In production planning and pre-production, Arman Design carried out the copyright and patent researches, feasibility studies and technological researches. Apart from these, this design center also created the product strategy and ran the cost studies.
Other activities carried out within the scope of the project are: market research and competitor analysis, industrial design activities, computer aided design (CAD) and engineering activities, critical project management (CPM) and procurement process management, prototype production and production planning activities.
